What's up with Firefox?

I've been using Firefox for quite a while now. And once you abandon IE, there's no looking back...Erm, doesn't quite work out like that in practice though.

There are many reasons to adopt Firefox, it's OpenSource and the numerous extensions/add-ons are superb for customizing your browsing experience.

But what's up with the latest FF 2.001 version? There are many secure sites (ie. on-line transactions) where FF partially works. You tediously go through a whole load of registration screens, only to find on the last 'confirm' button press, things just go belly up :-( and the whole transaction is void. Or some vital link is not being displayed. Tail between my legs and in frustration, I have to re-do the form-filling with IE.

I know, it's likely that web-site designers are at fault for being IE-centric. But since the recent 2.x upgrade, things seem to have got worse for FF.

But if you use a PC, FF is still one of the best Get FireFox 2
